Our Fees
Our fees are calculated on our based on time engaged by Tax and Trust staff. An estimate will be given prior to commencement of the work. However, all estimates are NOT a guarantee of the final cost. We will endeavour to advise you if and when the costing exceeds the estimate. If we cannot contact you we will continue to carry out the work and invoice you based on time involved. 

Payment Terms
On all new jobs, a 50% deposit will be required before Tax and Trust starts work. Our invoices are due 14 days after they are rendered. Interest at a rate of 2% may be charged on accounts that exceed these credit terms. Payment must be received before tax returns are filed with the IRD. 
 
Payment Options
Cash/Eftpos  Please come into either our Henderson or Kelston offices to pay by eftpos or cash.  
Credit Card To pay by credit card, please phone our office on 09 835 4222, and we can take your details over the phone.
Cheque Please post all cheques to PO Box 121019, Henderson, Waitakere 0650
Direct Debit
We welcome payment by direct debit. Please pay to the credit of:
Bank: BNZ, Henderson
Account No: 02-0152-0095600-000
Please make sure you include your name and your invoice number in the reference fields so we can credit it to your account. 
Automatic Payment We offer Automatic Payments to our clients who wish to spread their payments over the year. We will start the work when your account is around 50-70% in credit, and will only charge 1% interest per month for the period of time you are in debit with us. Please download our automatic payment form here and email/post it back to us.
feeSmart If you prefer to fund your accountancy fees over a six or twelve week period, but need the work done NOW, than we offer feeSmart. Please contact Sarah or apply online at www.feesmartdirect.co.nz and select Tax and Trust Professionals from the drop down list.

If you disagree with an invoice...
We value you you as our client, and we need to hear of any complaints you have about the service we provide. If you have a query with either the amounts, or the wording of the invoice and believe you have been charged for something you should not have been, please email Sarah and she will look into the matter for you, free of charge. Sarah will consult the time sheets that went into your invoice, discuss it with members of staff, and if possible - come back to you with an appropriate solution, whether it be changing the wording and layout of an invoice to make more sense to you or reducing the bill.
