Webconnect

Webconnect gives you and Tax & Trust Professionals on-line access to your paperwork, GST reports and other documents and allows you to code BankConnect transactions on line. We can prepare and send reports and documents to you without incurring print, photocopying or mail costs which is a saving for both parties. When we have queries on your accounts, you will receive an e-mail and you can go onto your webspace and answer them or code the transactions without any hassles.

To take advantage of this system, all you need is an e-mail address and access to the internet. Please call Margaret to set this up or if you would like any further information.

BankConnect

MYOB Bank Connect is a secure service that sends your bank statements in electronic form directly to us, ready for us to import straight into our MYOB general ledger software, saving us both time.

MYOB stores the data in a high security location. Unauthorised persons cannot access the data. As your banking information is highly confidential, you will need to authorise us and MYOB to access your details. We will provide you with the necessary forms.

When we require further information about transactions, we will post these to a secure, private website, so you can deal with all those “mystery” transactions in one go, at a time and place convenient to you.
