I started my journey with Tax and Trust in early 2008 working part-time in an admin role while still studying. Upon graduating with my Post-Grad Diploma in Business from AUT in 2009, I was offered a full-time accounting position. One of my favourite parts of my current work is completing a challenging job, as I gain personal satisfaction from that.
I am based in Henderson, and my work there has great variety. One day I can be doing a client’s compliance work – GST, Annual Accounts and Rental Returns, while the next I can be setting up a Trust or completing a non-resident’s tax return!
In my spare time, I enjoy entertaining friends and extended family. In the holidays my husband Iqbal, my daughter Aunima and I enjoy travelling, both within New Zealand and internationally.
