Tax Planning
Now is an ideal time to plan for tax for the forthcoming year please contact us if you want to minimise your final provisional tax payment - particularly if it has not been as good a year during 2009 as you expected.

The IRD have allowed us tax agents to now work out instalments for you. The worst thing you can do is to hide from the problem –Just a phone call and help is available

January Tipbits
We are taking some new directions this year with our firm and we are really excited about offering a more broad range of services.
One of the first changes to affect all clients is our engagement letter. Last year we did alot of work sending out engagement letters to clients detailing what their likely fee would be in advance and helping many to start a monthly payment plan that did seem to work well.
This year we will be making a phonecall or arranging a meeting with you first so that we are estimating more personally on the level of service you want from us rather than assume it is the same as last year and then having to edit the engagement.
We are also trying very hard to plan our workflow capacity with the time the work comes in so we can continue to deliver on our guaranteed turnaround for annual work. As Tax and Trust continues to grow at a really exciting level with two offices we would appreciate your time in considering when you want your annual work done and we will balance this with what we can physically handle without dropping in timeliness and discuss your expectations before either of us commit to the plan.
