Welcome to our new E-Newsletter Great news! Our online accounting practice is being upgraded! We are very pleased to announce the launch of our new interactive web practice at www.taxandtrust.co.nz. Our aim is to provide you with topical and relevant information, by drawing your attention to the latest tax and business developments. Examples of services available online include the Key Dates section where you can keep up to date with important dates and deadlines, or visit our Tax Facts section to learn more about tax requirements within New Zealand. In addition, our web practice also offers you interactive services! In the past and until March 2010 we have been using MYOB webconnect to offer this service to our GST clients with some success. We have decided to change our supplier and move to Acclipse who we hope will improve our ability to help you to view your personalised documents (tax returns, benchmarking reports, etc) directly from within your own password protected secure area. Please let us know that you are keen to use this service and those that contact us here will be the first clients that we change over to the new system and load up the past documents for. You will also go into a draw for a free dinner with Michelle for you and your partner, where you will be able to ask as much advice as you like during the course of the evening. The draw will be made on 30 November 2009. You can also organise an appointment with one of our staff via our special online appointment form. This is particularly useful if you struggle to find the time during normal business hours to phone. Simply click here to book an appointment. Plus, we've made it easier for you to provide us with your bank transaction details via your peronalised secure area in our web practice. All you need is access to a computer with an internet connection. And of course, if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions please don't hesitate to contact us at any time. We'd love to hear from you! We have started this newsletter with a contact database of 430 clients. We would like to grow this number every month, the more people we can help the better. People today expect the best service and if we don’t deliver it for any reason they will find it from someone else. If we put nothing of our best efforts into a job – we don’t deserve the best from this situation. If we put all our best efforts we do deserve the rewards that will come. Success is the accumulation of small choices to be excellent at what we do. If you don’t feel you are excellent yet than start striving today to deliver a better service and a better price to existing and new clients.
